Auditions are open to CICC members and their immediate family. A parent, sibling or grandparent must be a CICC member.
Before completing the form, please have the following ready:

Please begin your video by stating your name and talent.
Entry Fee

CICC Members: $15

Non-Members / Eligible Family Members: $25
Submissions containing excessive vulgarity, nudity or acts of protest will not be accepted, and the entry fee will be forfeited.
