The Calgary Italian Cultural Centre is proud to partner exclusively with Sorelle Catering as its food and beverage provider.
Founded by Angela Cecchetto Hamilton and Laura Cecchetto‑Saliba, together with Jim Hamilton and John Saliba, Sorelle brings over 100 years of combined experience in Calgary’s catering industry. Rooted in Italian tradition, their approach reflects a commitment to quality, hospitality, and consistency.
While Italian cuisine remains at the heart of their identity, Sorelle’s team is equally skilled in a wide range of international and contemporary menus — adapting to the needs of each event with creativity and care.
Guests can experience Sorelle Catering at the Centre — including in La Cantina — as part of the CICC’s broader cultural and hospitality offering.
